One of my first architectural assignments came from Whiting Architectural Design in Waterloo, Canada. Graham Whiting is a ferociously creative designer who's focus is not only uncompromising aesthetic but a strong emphasis on Environmental Sustainability.

This capture was not part of the plan. In fact, it was made as I waited for Graham to show up on site. Like so many of my favorites from over the years, it came from an initial reaction without thinking, and -again- simply reacting. Let's be clear, its NOT perfect. There are so many changes I would have made if I had to do it all over again, but the feel is there. Its simple and real...and it reflects the authenticity with which Graham works.
